Having issues with a scene, script, or voice performance? This section will help you get back on track quickly. Below are common problems and how to fix them.
General Tip: A lot of issues below are caused by the device itself, so please download and use our iOS app, and see if issues persist (or hopefully go away).

Rehearsal: Speech Recognition
Issues with the app hearing or understanding you.
- General Speech Recognition Troubleshooting (Start here if the app isn't hearing you at all)
- Cue not recognized (Read this if the app hears you, but misses specific words or lines)
- Can't select voices for characters
- My lines are skipped
3. Rehearsal: Speech Generation
Issues with the app speaking lines back to you.
- Reader doesn't generate audio (Start here if you can't hear the other characters or lines aren't generated)
- Reader speaks too fast or slow
- Reader is slow to respond (Latency)
- Voice sounds robotic
