Can't run the scene

We need to identify the reason for the scene doesn’t start. There are 2 options:

• You don’t the initialising screen.
• You see the initialising screen, and then an error appears.

No initialisation screen

If (2) and you don’t the initialising screen, it's a formatting issue - your script isn’t correctly formatted. So please click on the “Edit” button in the top right hand corner.

And then format the scene according to “How to format the scene” guide.

You see an error

If you see another error, after the initialisation screen - please get in touch. This should not be happening and we need to investigate the root cause of it.
