🎭 Customizing your character’s speaking style
AI voices rely on text structure, punctuation, and context to interpret how a line should be delivered. If the script lacks rhythm, or the emotional intent isn't clear from the line, the delivery may sound too neutral or mechanical.
In such cases, we often need to provide additional context.
1. Add punctuation
Punctuation matters. Without it, the voice may guess - and guess wrong.
Bad:
I don’t know maybe we should go
Better:
I don’t know... maybe we should go.
✅ 2. Use acting instructions
✍️ For text-guided voices
You can add acting instructions directly to the dialogue line to control pacing.
For example:

🎙️ For audio-guided Voices
You can record your own example reference. If you want the AI to speak faster, just speak faster in your audio reference. The system will try to match your pacing and delivery style.

✅ Final tip
If a voice consistently feels too fast or too slow for your needs, consider trying a different one. Each voice has a unique natural rhythm - and sometimes, a small change in tone or pace can make a big difference.
